B2B Meetings - How does it work?

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-to-face talks. 20 minutes run fast but it is usually enough to build first connections!

1	Registration Register via the green Registration button located on the right hand side of the homepage. Want to publish your offers or needs and manage B2B meetings on-site? Read more below!
2	Publish a business profile to showcase your needs Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise in order to foster effective meetings. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners or what your expectations are. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
3	Browse profiles of attendees Find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities and identify who you want to meet.
4	Send & receive meeting requests Be active not reactive. During the registration phase, new participants will register every day. Regularly browse the registered participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will then be scheduled automatically. Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled.
5	Matchmaking Event \| 5 June 2019 \| 8:30 - 9:30 A couple of days before the event you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. A final paper version will also be available the day of the Matchmaking Breakfast at the on-site Matchmaking registration desk. The day of the event, doors will open at 8:00, allowing you to get acquainted with the venue and to start enjoying the free breakfast. Face-to-face meetings will take place from 8:30 to 9:30, divided in 20-minute time slots (15 minutes of discussions, 5 minutes of transition). You are kindly asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your first meeting.
